Here's what to expect:

A $300 nonrefundable design fee applies to all custom projects (this may vary based on the project's scope) and is required upfront to cover design time. Upon payment, we'll start a detailed discussion about your project, develop design proposals, and provide an estimate of the final cost and project timeline.

The initial fee includes three rounds of revisions. It is extremely important to share complete information from early in the process, through to the final acceptance. If you reconsider your choices after this stage, don't worry, we understand that plans can evolve. Any additional changes after the first three iterations will incur a $75 charge per revision.

The duration of the design process can vary, so if you're working within a strict timeframe, please let us know from the start. Once a design is finalized and mutually agreed upon, full payment is required to commence production.

Please note, all designs proposed by us (regardless whether the piece is made) remain the intellectual property of Hammer Glasssworks and cannot be used elsewhere.
